  • While Rachel grew up in Mississippi and had not much idea about the racial diversity, Aaron had an upbringing among the lives of his parents, who were evangelical missionaries, in the Central American Countries, in Honduras. Now, after they were married, they had the simple notion that if they were to have a fully Caucasian baby, they would create that baby out of their marriage and thus, they went for adoption, with a single condition, that they would not adopt a Caucasian baby, under any circumstances.2
